It
is highly encouraged that each team follows the training glider
construction and lesson plans in the World In Motion workbook prior to
designing their own glider. The
student’s designs must be determined by the students and the ways to
measure, determine performance and modify those original designs.
Mentors must not redesign or provide unfair aeronautical
expertise to the individual teams. The
teams must know what to ask before the mentors will provide any
guidance.
